LocalGateKeys Refund Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026

1. 30 days, no questions asked

If you are not happy with LocalGateKeys Pro, you can get a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not have to give a reason.

2. How to ask for a refund

Either:

• use the link in the receipt email from Paddle, or contact Paddle through its buyer support; or
• email support@localgatekeys.app from the address you bought with, including your order number.

The refund is paid by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

3. What happens to your licence

3.1 A refunded licence is revoked. We add its licence ID to the signed revocation list within 7 days.

3.2 The next time the app reads the revocation list (with its next update check), the 4-item limit of the free edition applies again.

3.3 Your vault is not affected. Revocation never deletes, locks or changes your vault. Every item you already have stays usable, editable and fillable, and every feature keeps working; you just cannot add new items while you have 4 or more.

3.4 Please delete the licence key and file after a refund.

4. After 30 days

After 30 days we do not normally offer refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights if the software is faulty or not as described.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank: a refund within 30 days is quicker. A charged-back payment is treated like a refund, and the licence is revoked.

6. Abuse

We may decline a refund for a repeated purchase after an earlier refund, or where we have reason to believe the Licence File has been shared. Your statutory rights are not affected.
